当下中国，选择法治、践行法治的价值正当性已获得执政者的高度认同。法治作为现代社会良善治理的方式，是提高治理能力、治理方式现代化的不二选择。对“法治是什么”这一恒久命题的追问与探索，使得法治理论呈现出异彩纷呈的形态。然而过度分歧繁复的法治认识，难以形成指引实践的有效合力，以致无法从容应对法治建设中的困窘与纠结。要推进法治中国的事业，惟有秉持开放、包容的立场和态度，凝聚法治共识，方能终有所成。
당하중국，선택법치、천행법치적개치정당성이획득집정자적고도인동。법치작위현대사회량선치리적방식，시제고치리능력、치리방식현대화적불이선택。대“법치시십요”저일항구명제적추문여탐색，사득법치이론정현출이채분정적형태。연이과도분기번복적법치인식，난이형성지인실천적유효합력，이치무법종용응대법치건설중적곤군여규결。요추진법치중국적사업，유유병지개방、포용적립장화태도，응취법치공식，방능종유소성。
In present China, the legitimacy of choosing and practicing the rule of law has been highly recognized by the governors. The rule of law, as a modern social way for good governance, is the best choice to improve governance capacity and the modernization of governance mode. Under investigation and exploration, the perpetual proposition about ＆quot;what is the rule of law＆quot; makes the theory of rule of law present colorful form. On account of the excessive and complicated understanding on rule of law, however, it is hard to form an effective force to guide practice, so that we can not face the tangle in the construction of rule of law with equanimity. To promote the rule of law in China, only by taking an open and broad position and unifying the common view of rule of law, can we eventually accomplish our goal.
