随着清朝政府重新统一新疆以及对新疆的经营和开发，清代新疆文化发生了重要变迁。除自然环境的影响之外，清代新疆文化的变迁与当地的人文地理环境密切相关，其中新疆的疆域、政区、军事、人口、民族、经济、城市、交通等因素对新疆文化发展变迁产生了重要影响。
隨著清朝政府重新統一新疆以及對新疆的經營和開髮，清代新疆文化髮生瞭重要變遷。除自然環境的影響之外，清代新疆文化的變遷與噹地的人文地理環境密切相關，其中新疆的疆域、政區、軍事、人口、民族、經濟、城市、交通等因素對新疆文化髮展變遷產生瞭重要影響。
수착청조정부중신통일신강이급대신강적경영화개발，청대신강문화발생료중요변천。제자연배경적영향지외，청대신강문화적변천여당지적인문지리배경밀절상관，기중신강적강역、정구、군사、인구、민족、경제、성시、교통등인소대신강문화발전변천산생료중요영향。
With the reunite of Xinjiang by the Qing government and its management and development of Xinjiang, the Xinjiang culutre in the Qing dynasty witnessed tremendous changes. In addition to the impact of the natural environment, the changes of the Xinjiang culture was closely related to the local humanist and geographical environment, among which the territory of Xinjiang, the government district, military, population, ethnic, economic, urban, traffic and other factors had a significant impact on the evolution of Xinjiang culture.
