大数据时代的来临对当今社会产生了深刻的影响，随着我国单身成年男性人口的增加，强奸犯罪隐患加大，然而，网络的广泛普及使非婚性行为的产生更加容易，强奸犯罪的发案率出现逐步下降的趋势，同时，也使强奸犯罪的手段和方式趋向复杂化，较之熟人强奸和陌生人强奸，网友强奸显现出了其特殊性。对网络环境下强奸犯罪的趋势和特点进行系统的实证分析，对于预防和控制此类犯罪的发生具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

The era of technology has a deep impact on the society nowadays.Along with the increased population of single male,the potential crime of rape is getting more serious.However,the worldwide utilization of internet makes the non -marriage sexual behavior easier and the rate of rape has a trend of decrease.In addition,it also makes the method and way of rape become complicated.Compared with acquaintance and stranger,the net friends show their specialty on the crime of rape.Through the systematic analysis of examples about the trend and characteristics of rape impacted by inter-net,this paper has an important theoretic and practical value to prevent and control the crime of rape.
