The original innovation is its inside development power ,is the core of its competition ability .The original innovation activity has highrisk and higher failure rate .High‐tech industry should fully consider creative strength ,reasonably as‐sign original innovation resources ,adapt to environment variety ,and carefully choose the suitable realizing path of original innovation .According to driving factor analysis of original innovation of high‐tech industry ,this text analyzes the inside relation of driving factors of original innovation and confirms the driving source of original innovation of high‐tech industry through interpretative structural modelling method ,and designs the suitable realizing path of original innovation of Chinese high‐tech industry .
