采用Flanker范式,通过考察高低强迫倾向个体在Flanker任务上的差异,来研究强迫倾向个体信息加工方式的特点。研究结果显示,在Flanker任务中,高强迫倾向个体显示出较慢的反应速度,表现为更多的犹豫不决的特性;高强迫倾向个体的信息加工方式以集中加工为主,且在信息加工的灵活性上存在不足,对情景的变化较不敏感。通过对强迫倾向个体的信息加工方式的研究,有助于丰富和发展强迫症的理论,同时为强迫症的临床治疗提供依据。

The obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common chronic mental disease, with obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors as its main characteristics. It has a lifetime prevalence of 2%-3%. In recent years, a lot of research has focused on the pathogenesis of OCD, most of the research focuses on the cognitive defects of OCD patients, such as memory, decision making, and perception. But direct studies of information processing in individuals with OCD are limited, most studies only indirectly touch upon OCD information processing. Hence the necessity of exploration in this area. Our research is to investigate the differences in the way of information processing in the Flanker task in individuals with different obsessivecompulsive (OC) tendencies. In our research, we used the questionnaire of padua to screen out the 13 high OC tendency participants and 11 low OC tendency participants to study the differences in their information. In the Flanker task, we asked the participants quickly and accurately to respond to the presented target letter (S or H) that was flanked by compatible (e.g., SSSSS) or incompatible (e.g., HHSHH) noise letters. In our study, we used the reaction time (RT), error rate and parallel processing index (parallel processing index defined as incompatible trials RT minus compatible trials RT) as the dependent variable. The results showed that, (1) high OC tendency participants had slower overall RT in the Flanker task. High tendency individuals' RT was higher than the RT of low tendency individuals. In other words, high OC tendency of individuals showed more hesitance; (2) In the condition of low probability(20%), we did not find significant differences in the parallel processing index between the high OC tendency participants and low OC tendency participants. But in the condition of high probability (80%), we found that the parallel processing index in high OC participants was significantly lower than the low OC tendency participants. In other words, compared with low OC tendency participants, the information processing in high OC tendency participants was given more priority to the focused processing; (3) With the probability of scene changed, the parallel processing index change of high OC tendency participants was not significant, but the parallel processing index change of low OC tendency participants was significant. It showed high OC tendency participants' shortcomings on the flexibility of information processing: they were less sensitive to the change of scene. The research can help to enrich and develop the theory of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and facilitate clinical treatment of obsessive- compulsive disorder.
