本文构建高管团队社会资本对创新能力影响模型,并以江西省上市公司为研究对象。文章经实证检验发现:高管团队外部社会资本和内部社会资本均对创新能力有显著影响;高管团队外部社会资本对创新能力的正向影响更大;高管团队外部社会资本各维度对创新能力的影响强度依次为政治资本、金融资本、技术资本、客户资本;高管团队内部社会资本各维度对创新能力的影响强度依次为关系维、认知维、结构维。文章最后提出高管团队成员要加强与外部各方的联系,同时还应加强内部间的互动,提高信任度和凝聚力。

This paper builds the research model of the impacts of Top Management Team on innovation capability. And we select the listed companies of Jiangxi as research objects. Through the empirical analysis, we find that both Top Management Team internal social capital and Top Management Team external social capital have a significant effect on innovation capability. And external social capital has a more positive impact on innovation capability than internal social capital. The sequence of impact intensity of each Top Management Team external social capital dimensions on innovation capability is political capital, financial capital, technical capital and customer capital. And the sequence of impact intensity of each Top Management Team internal social capital dimension on innovation capability is relation dimension, cognitive dimension and structural dimension. Consequently, to enhance innovation capability, Top Management Team members should not only strengthen the external ties, but also more internal interactions, and enhance the trust and cohesion.
