沥青拌和站的节能减排是公路建设、养护与管理领域的最重要工作,节能减排技术作为降低能源消耗、减少二氧化碳及污染气体排放的重要驱动因素,已成为拌和站节能减排的关键。本文在对拌和站污染排放来源分析的基础上,介绍了四种节能减排技术,通过辽宁省拌和站的应用实践,验证了其节能减排效果,研究成果丰富了公路建设、养护和管理领域节能减排的相关理论,可为各级政府公路管理部门制定和实施各项鼓励和发展节能减排的相关政策提供依据。
瀝青拌和站的節能減排是公路建設、養護與管理領域的最重要工作,節能減排技術作為降低能源消耗、減少二氧化碳及汙染氣體排放的重要驅動因素,已成為拌和站節能減排的關鍵。本文在對拌和站汙染排放來源分析的基礎上,介紹瞭四種節能減排技術,通過遼寧省拌和站的應用實踐,驗證瞭其節能減排效果,研究成果豐富瞭公路建設、養護和管理領域節能減排的相關理論,可為各級政府公路管理部門製定和實施各項鼓勵和髮展節能減排的相關政策提供依據。

The energy-saving and emission reduction of asphalt mixing plant is the most important in the field of highway construction, maintenance and management. As to lower energy consumption and the important driving factor of reduce carbon dioxide and pollution gas emission, the technology of energy-saving and emission reduction has become a key to mixing plant. Based on the analysis of mixing plant's pollution source, this paper introduces four kinds of energysaving and emission reduction technology. Then, through the application practice of mixing plant in Liaoning province, these technologies were verified the effect of energy-saving and emission reduction. The research results enrich the related theory of energy-saving and emission reduction of highway construction, maintenance and management, and it provides the reference for all levels of government highway management departments to formulate and implement the encouragement and development policies related to energy-saving and emission reduction.
