价格主管部门加强市场价格监管,既是维护消费者和经营者合法权益的有效途径,又是贯彻执行《价格法》及相关法律法规、全面推行依法管价的需要。目前价格主管部门面临着＂放与管＂的矛盾和价格案件检查难、处理难等问题。完善长效依法管价机制应完善监测机制,为依法管价提供准确的数据支撑;完善行政机制,为依法管价进行主动的政策引导;完善监督机制,为依法管价营造良好的舆论氛围;完善自律机制,为依法管价注入企业的主体动力。

Price supervision department strengthening market price regulation, is an effective path of defending customer and operator legal rights, and also the demand of implementation of ＂The Price Law＂ and related laws and regulations, practicing price management according to law. From the analysis of market price supervision, this paper finds out that the price management department faces with the release or management contradiction and difficulties in surveying and handling the checked issues currently. The improvement of the long-term price management mechanism according to law should improve the monitoring mechanism for providing accurate data support for price management according to law; develop administrative mechanism for introducing active policy guidance; improve regulation mechanism for building fine public opinion atmosphere; develop self-discipline mechanism for instilling main energy of enterprise.
