Rural logistics is important to the agriculture, rural economy and farmers＇ living level. Based on the presentation of relevant definition of rural logistics, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems in the rural logistics, analyzes the main influencing factors, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the modern rural logistics system according to the experience from the advanced foreign countries.
