From the whole China's real estate market industry, there is no monopoly market. But in the regional market,some leading real estate enterprises have more market share and market influence power, which behaves like monopoly. Based on analyzing the domestic real estate market structure and existing problem, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the healthy and sustainable development of the domestic real estate market according to the experiences from the foreign real estate market.
