在美国,创业计划竞赛因催生了大量高新企业,被认为是经济驱动力之一。而在中国,社会各界的认可度差异很大,创业计划竞赛甚至一度被认为是我国创业教育的缩影：场面热闹、实效欠佳。其实质是因为高校更关注创业教育的＂教育＂本质,即启蒙意识、传授知识、提升技能;而政府、社会机构更关注高校创业教育的＂创业＂功能,即创业促进就业、创业催生经济、创业驱动创新。这种关注重心的错位造成创业教育校内资源和校外资源缺乏衔接、彼此脱节,造成高校创业教育的困境。虽然短期内这种重心错位依然存在,但长期目标基本一致。文章通过论证创业计划竞赛作为创业教育体系中心的可能性,提出了一种基于创业计划竞赛为基础的创业教育体系。

In America,many small high tech enterprises were founded by participating in business plan competition,which is considered to be one of the economic driving forces. But in China,different part has its own attitude towards business plan competition,even some people thing it ＂game＂just like entrepreneurship education. The main reason leading to the understanding deviation is because universities always pay more attention to the education function of entrepreneurship education such as consciousness of enlightenment,imparting knowledge and improve skills. However,government and social capital more focus on entrepreneurship education＇s business functions like promoting employment,stimulating the economy and driving innovation. Because of the understanding deviation,the entrepreneurship education resources between inner and outer of university cannot contact effectively,which reduce the quality of the whole entrepreneurship education system. Although this dislocation within a short term still exist,but the long term goals. This paper demonstrates the business plan competition possibility as the center of entrepreneurship education system and proposes a new one.
