The quality of courses is one of the most important influence factors of the quality of education and talents cultivation.The paper analyzes the problems in the construction of national- level quality courses and the construction scheme of resource- sharing courses,and it,taking the course of Satellite Navigation System as the example,illustrates the overall design and the detailed implementing plan for transforming the national- level quality courses into resource- sharing courses.
