案例教学应用于＂国际商务合同＂教学是对传统教学方式的一次改革,是＂国际商务合同＂课程的自身特征及其教学目标所决定的。从教学实践对案例教学法在＂国际商务合同＂教学中的应用进行探讨,从教师和学生两个角度分别阐述案例教学的组织实施步骤,分析应用过程中存在的难点,提出相应的对策,以期为＂国际商务合同＂教学提供一些新的思路。

The application of case- study method to the teaching of the course International Business Contract is determined by the characteristics of International Business Contract curriculum and its teaching aims,it is also a reform of traditional teaching methods.This paper is intended to discuss the application of case- study method to the teaching of the course on the basis of teaching practice.And the paper,from the perspectives of both teachers and students respectively,illustrates the organization and implementation procedures of case- study methods,analyzing the difficulties in the teaching process and putting forward the corresponding strategies so as to provide some new ideas for the teaching of the course.
