中国共产党十八大报告把人才工作部署为党的建设八项任务之一。针对会展市场对人才的需求培养符合会展企业需求的人才,是高职会展教育的重要任务,该文依据我国会展业发展概况及从业人员现状,分析会展人才培养模式存在的问题,厘清会展人才培养的思路,提出完善会展人才培养的对策建议,以期对我国会展业的发展有所裨益。

The personnel training has been deployed as one of the eight tasks of the construction of Communist Party of China（CPC） in the report of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.In view of the demand of exhibition market profession for talents training,talents for the needs of the exhibition enterprises is an important mission for higher vocational colleges.On the basis of the exhibition industry development situation and the present situation of practitioners in China,this paper analyses the problems of talents-training model.And it proposes some countermeasures to perfect the talents-training of exhibition in the hope of developing the exhibition industry in China.
