随着城市化进程的推进,农民工群体在壮大,他们的越轨行为也不断凸显并成为当前社会治理难题。针对越轨农民工复杂而嬗变的社会心态,其矫正治理既要正向发挥市民、传媒、政府等的帮扶作用,以营造健康社会环境平衡他们的心态;又要将农民自身的传统观念与当前城市文明相融合,积极培育其现代人格,以适应社会发展的潮流。通过调适与恢复治理最终提升越轨农民工的社会归属感,从而维护社会心态的健康和社会秩序的稳定。

With the advance of urbanization, migrant workers are growing. Migrant workers＇ deviant behaviors are continuously emerging and bring challenges to current social governance. In view of deviant migrant workers＇ complex and social mentality, the adjust treatment not only needs the support of citizens, media and government to create a healthy social environment to balance their mentality,but also integrates the traditional concepts of themselves with current urban civilization, and actively cultivates modern personality to adapt to the trend of social development. By the effort of adjusting and recovery treatment, deviant migrant workers＇ sense of belonging will be ultimately enhanced, thus, the health of the social mentality and the stability of social order can be maintained.
