从文化创意产业链跨区域整合的视角出发,分析文化创意人才的核心作用,进而引入胜任力理论和SEM方法,构建文化创意人才的元胜任力模型。研究认为,文化创意人才的元胜任力模型包括创意精神、创意知识及创意技能三个维度和16个因子。通过胜任力理论来探索文化创意人才的元胜任力模型对当前创新驱动发展的国家战略的实施、文化创意人才培养对策的制定具有深刻的理论与现实意义。
從文化創意產業鏈跨區域整閤的視角齣髮,分析文化創意人纔的覈心作用,進而引入勝任力理論和SEM方法,構建文化創意人纔的元勝任力模型。研究認為,文化創意人纔的元勝任力模型包括創意精神、創意知識及創意技能三箇維度和16箇因子。通過勝任力理論來探索文化創意人纔的元勝任力模型對噹前創新驅動髮展的國傢戰略的實施、文化創意人纔培養對策的製定具有深刻的理論與現實意義。

From the perspective of cultural creative industry chain interregional integration, analyzing the core of culture creative talent, and introducing the theory of competency and SEM method, building cultural creative talent meta-competence model. The cultural creative talent meta-competence model includes the creative spirit, creative knowledge and creative skills, three indicators and 16 factors. The cultural creative talent meta-competence model has profound theoretical and practical significance for the current innovation implementation of the strategy of developing countries, cultural creative talent training countermeasures through the competency theory.
