从研究视角、研究内容和研究层次3个维度,对1996年以来发表在“中文社会科学引文索引”（CSSCI）来源期刊上的197篇有关临时雇佣论文进行文献计量分析。研究结果表明,临时雇佣理论研究滞后于现实运用,2008年新的《劳动合同法》实施间接促进了国内关于临时雇佣问题的研究;现有研究大多基于法学和管理学视角,即法学视角的研究主要针对《劳动合同法》的立法条文进行“思辨式”或“规范式”的研究,管理学视角的研究则相对丰富,研究内容涵括概念阐述、行业分析、基础理论探讨等;研究方法以问卷调查和理论建模较多,研究对象集中在制造业和服务业。此外,分析了现有研究中存在的一些问题,提出关于临时雇佣主题的未来研究方向,以期对后续相关研究有所借鉴和帮助。

Taking a bibliometric approach, this paper reviewed the information gathered from 197 scholarly articles on the topic of temporary employment in which published in CSSCI journals from the year of 1996. From the categories of research perspective, research content and research level, this paper reached conclusions that： first, the implementation of New Labor Contract Law in 2008 has stimulated the research of temporary employment in China~ second, most of studies were based on the perspectives of law and management; third, questionnaire survey and theoretical modeling were the prevailing research methods used by those studies. Most of studies were focusing on the industries of manufacturing and services. Finally, research implications for future study on temporary employment in China were discussed.
