中国农村急需综合素质高的医学生，但现有高等医学院校医学生不愿到农村基层就业，其医学教育模式也不能适应农村需求。在调查与访谈基础上，结合农村基层卫生服务机构对医学生的需求实际，农村基层医学人才培养在培养模式上应建立健全政府“订单式”全科医学人才培养的长效机制；在办学层次上，经济较发达地区农村医学人才培养应以本科层次为主；在职业发展上，要加大政府的统筹力度，为农村医学生的长远发展创造条件；在办学能力上，要加强地方医学院校面向农村基层的服务意识。

Medical students with high comprehensive quality are in urgent need in Chinese rural areas, but students graduated from medical colleges and universities are not willing to work in rural grassroots, and the medical education mode can＇t adapt to the rural needs. Therefore, a long-term mechanism on training mode which trains talents of general practice in the form of governmental order should be established and perfected; on the educational level, priority should be given to cultivating medical talents from economically developed rural areas with undergraduate level; on career development, the efforts of the government＇s plan as a whole should be intensified to create conditions for the long-term development of the rural medical students; on the managerial ability of local medical colleges and universities, the service consciousness facing rural grassroots should be enhanced.
