民国时期是中国高等教育发展的＂黄金时期＂,其完备的大学章程文本为大学的迅速发展发挥了巨大的促进作用。目前,正值我国大学章程全面建设时期,回顾和借鉴民国时期优秀的大学章程文本显得颇具现实意义。民国时期大学章程文本的突出特点可以概括为：初现了＂学院制＂的管理模式,体现了＂教授治校＂的办学理念,凸显出对＂办学目标＂的准确定位。从中我们可以获得以下启示：章程应界定学院＂职、责、权＂的范围,应彰显＂教授治学＂的大学理念,应根据学校特色确定＂办学目标＂。

The Republic of China period is the＂golden age＂of development for Chinese higher education,during which university charters played a great role in the rapid development of universities.At present,with Chinese universities developing their charters,a review of outstanding university charters from that period has practical implications.The characteristics of university charters from the Republic of China period can be summarized as follows：emergence of the ＂school system＂management mode,embodiment of the educational philosophy of administration by professors,and highlighting of the educational goals.To learn from those university charters,a university charter should clearly define the responsibilities,duties,and rights of each party concerned,highlight the concept of academic governance by professors,and formulate the educational goals according to the characteristics of the university.
