中学校长职业幸福感是指在学校内、外部因素的作用和影响下,中学校长在校长职位上因需要的满足和期望的达成而产生的愉悦的心理体验。中学校长职业幸福感水平的高低受多种外部因素的影响,其中教育评价的偏差以及教育行政部门过多的干预制约校长办学的自主性对中学校长职业幸福感水平的影响最为显著。因此,要提升中学校长职业幸福感,需要建立发展性教育评价体系,以及为校长创造良好的办学环境和自由空间。

The Sense of Occupational Well-being of Secondary School Principals refers to under the influences of internal and external factors, when the needs are satisfied and the expectations are fulfilled, the Secondary School Principals achieve cheerful feelings on his/her job position. Among the external factors which influence the level of the Sense of Occupational Well-being of Secondary School Principals, the deviation of Educational Evaluation and the intervening by educational authorities impact it most seriously. In order to promote the level of the Sense of Occupational Well-being of Secondary School Principals, we need to build the developmental ed ucational evaluation system, and create good school-running environment and free space for principals.
