＂龙山模式＂的提出,是学界对张家川龙山镇回族皮毛中介贸易成功经验的总结与肯定。然而,在市场转型的过程中,＂龙山模式＂却逐步瓦解。究其原因,主要归结为外部市场的建立和对传统路径的依赖两个方面。在＂模式化＂＂被转型＂的困境中,＂龙山模式＂转型的路径应重提＂内发型发展＂的重要性,将之放在经济社会整体发展的构架下进行反思和筹划。

The proposal of Longshan Model is an academic summary of the successful experience of the Hui fur intermediary trade in Longshan Town,Zhangjiachuan County. However,this Model gradually disintegrated during the process of market transition. There are mainly two reasons causing to that： The founding of the external market and the dependence on the traditional path. This paper will focus on the conception of the model and the idea of being transformed,and by analyzing those concepts,which is argued that the transition path of Longshan Model should be located in the framework of inner development and synchronous development of economy and society.
