为实现我国经济社会的发展战略，职业教育必须提升高职学生的创新能力，这是增强职校学生自信心的重要手段；也是学生练就就业创业能力的必然要求，具有极其重要的紧迫性。提升高职学生的创新能力，必须从改革教学内容和加强实习实训两个方面入手，加大投入、完善机制、做好保障。各部门应该高度重视、密切配合，加强沟通协调。以扎实有效的工作，通过职校学生创新能力的建设，提升国家整体的核心竞争力。

To achieve economic and social development strategy of China, higher vocational colleges should do their part by improving their students＇ ability of innovation, which is an important means for enhancing vocational school students＇ self-confidence and also the requirement for students to raise skills for employment and entrepreneurial ability. To improve the students＇ creative ability, the teaching contents needs to be reformed, and the practice and training should be strengthened, which needs more financial support and more perfect governing system and regulation. The relative departments must work with good communication and coordination. Only through effective and hard work, can we raise the creative and innovation ability of vocational school students, and enhance the core competitiveness of the country.
