基本药物筹资机制在基本药物制度中起着关键性的作用。本文首先对我国基本药物筹资机制现状进行详细分析入手，然后运用VAR模型对我国药物筹资结构进行了实证分析，试图探讨它们之间的影响和传导机制，并在总结国际药物筹资机制相关经验基础上，针对我国目前基本药物筹资机制所存在问题提出相关政策建议。

Essential medicines financing mechanisms play a key role in the essential drug system. This paper first carries on the detailed analysis of China ＇s basic drug financing mechanism current situation,and uses VAR model to analysis the medicine financing structure,then attempts to explore the influence between them and the conduction mechanism. After summing up the international drug financing mechanism on the basis of relevant experience,in view of the existing problems of the present basic drug financing mechanisms,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
