Most students majored in English teaching will start their career as English teachers, therefore, in order to give enlight- enment for improving the teaching thinking ability of them, this paper is intended to analyze the current situation of cultivation and de- velopment trend of teaching thinking of the students majored in English teaching and study the method of cultivation and realization of their teaching thinking, both of which will contribute to lay the foundation of teaching literacy and the ability of teaching thinking for the students majored in English teaching to start their future career.
