我国的高等教育由“精英教育”进入“大众化教育”阶段后，大学生人才培养模式已经不能适应时代变革的形势，文章通过概括我国高校大学生人才培养模式现状、结合国外高校大学生人才培养模式的对比分析，归纳转型时期我国高校大学生人才培养模式存在的问题，阐释高校人才培养模式的影响因素，在此基础上，构建了适应我国的包括学术型、应用型和技能型等三种人才的培养模式，给出提升我国高校人才培养质量的相关对策，为高校培养适应时代发展需求的大学生和推进人才培养模式改革提供依据和借鉴。

Since our higher education has changed from ＂elite education＂ to ＂public education＂, the talent training modes of uni- versity students could not adapt to the trend of changing times at all. By summarizing the current situation of the talent training modes of university students in our country and combining with the comparative analysis of those in foreign countries, this paper is intended to generalize the existing problem of the talent training modes of university students in our country during the transformation period and ex- pound influencing factors of talent training modes in universities. Based on those, this paper has also constructed three kinds of talent training modes that adapt to our country, including academic type, application type and skilled type, put forward countermeasures of enhancing the quality of university talents training in our country, and provide evidence and reference for universities to train university students fitting the development requirement of times and promote the reform of talent training modes.
