综合运用系统科学、组织学、管理学、高等教育学、外语教学论等多学科理论，以大学英语教学改革机制发展战略需求为牵引，以解决大学英语教学改革瓶颈问题为核心，研究大学英语教学改革机制的理论基础和方法，探索大学英语教学改革机制模型，为大学英语教学改革发展战略提供核心“技术”支持。
綜閤運用繫統科學、組織學、管理學、高等教育學、外語教學論等多學科理論，以大學英語教學改革機製髮展戰略需求為牽引，以解決大學英語教學改革瓶頸問題為覈心，研究大學英語教學改革機製的理論基礎和方法，探索大學英語教學改革機製模型，為大學英語教學改革髮展戰略提供覈心“技術”支持。
종합운용계통과학、조직학、관이학、고등교육학、외어교학론등다학과이론，이대학영어교학개혁궤제발전전략수구위견인，이해결대학영어교학개혁병경문제위핵심，연구대학영어교학개혁궤제적이론기출화방법，탐색대학영어교학개혁궤제모형，위대학영어교학개혁발전전략제공핵심“기술”지지。
The development strategies for College English teaching reform should be based on the comprehensive application of sys- tematic science, organization science, management science, higher education theory, foreign language teaching and learning theory and other multi - discipline theories, and it should be aimed to solve the core bottleneck problems of College English teaching reform. This paper tries to explore the theoretical foundation and methods for the mechanism, which is to provide the key ＂technological＂ support for College English teaching reform strategies.
