基于在pH 9.8的NH3-NH4Cl的缓冲溶液中,双嘧达莫对血红蛋白酶催化体系有较强的抑制作用,建立了测定双嘧达莫的酶催化光度分析新方法.当双嘧达莫的质量浓度在1.2-29.2μg/mL内与其抑制程度有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.06μg/mL.双嘧达莫的质量浓度为3.5μg/mL时,11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为2.3%.该方法简单、快速,可用于双嘧达莫片中和注射液中双嘧达莫含量的测定.
基于在pH 9.8的NH3-NH4Cl的緩遲溶液中,雙嘧達莫對血紅蛋白酶催化體繫有較彊的抑製作用,建立瞭測定雙嘧達莫的酶催化光度分析新方法.噹雙嘧達莫的質量濃度在1.2-29.2μg/mL內與其抑製程度有良好的線性關繫,檢齣限為0.06μg/mL.雙嘧達莫的質量濃度為3.5μg/mL時,11次平行測定的相對標準偏差為2.3%.該方法簡單、快速,可用于雙嘧達莫片中和註射液中雙嘧達莫含量的測定.

A simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of dipyridamole based on the inhibition effect of hemoglobin was developed in the NH3·H2O-NH4 Cl buffer.The percentage inhibition of system is calculated under the optimal experimental conditions.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 1.2-29.2μg/mL,with the detection limit of 0.06μg/mL.The relative standard deviation of this method is 2.3%at 3.5μg/mL for 11 determination.This method is simple and rapid which is suitable for the determination of dipyridamole in pharmaceuticals with satisfactory results.
