以甘薯品种豫薯12的茎尖分生组织为材料,研究了不同培养基对其组培快繁的影响.结果表明:豫薯12最适基本培养基为MS培养基;在诱导茎尖成苗单因子实验中,最适宜的6-BA浓度为0.5 mg/L,最适宜的NAA浓度为0.01mg/L;在双因子实验中,诱导成苗最适宜培养基是MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;在茎段增殖实验中,最适宜的增殖培养基是MS+GA30.1mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L.
以甘藷品種豫藷12的莖尖分生組織為材料,研究瞭不同培養基對其組培快繁的影響.結果錶明:豫藷12最適基本培養基為MS培養基;在誘導莖尖成苗單因子實驗中,最適宜的6-BA濃度為0.5 mg/L,最適宜的NAA濃度為0.01mg/L;在雙因子實驗中,誘導成苗最適宜培養基是MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;在莖段增殖實驗中,最適宜的增殖培養基是MS+GA30.1mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L.
이감서품충예서12적경첨분생조직위재료,연구료불동배양기대기조배쾌번적영향.결과표명:예서12최괄기본배양기위MS배양기;재유도경첨성묘단인자실험중,최괄의적6-BA농도위0.5 mg/L,최괄의적NAA농도위0.01mg/L;재쌍인자실험중,유도성묘최괄의배양기시MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;재경단증식실험중,최괄의적증식배양기시MS+GA30.1mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L.
With the stem tip meristem of sweet potato"yu shu 12"as test material,it was examined the effect of different medium on the tissue culture and rapid reproduction.The results showed as follows:the most suitable medium for yu shu 12 stem tip meristem is MS medium;In the reproducing experiments with single factor,the most suitable concentration of 6-BA is 0.5mg/L,the most suitable concentration of NAA is 0.01mg/L;In the double factor experiment,plantlet most suitable medium is MS+6-BA 0.3mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;In the shoots proliferation experiment,the most suitable medium is MS+GA30.1mg/L +NAA 0.5mg/L.
