运用文献资料法,通过对可持续发展理论本质特征、内在意义、发展要旨等内涵的解读,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养可持续发展的系统结构进行分析。认为,我国后备人才培养可持续发展要把握3个明显的特征:数量维上的发展度、质量维上的协调度和方式维上的持续度。后备人才培养可持续发展的系统结构应将后备人才培养系统数量维上的发展度、质量维上的协调度和方式维上的持续度3个子系统有机地统一起来,构建后备人才培养数量维、质量维、方式维3个子系统在发展度、协调度和持续度相互联系、相互作用以及集成运行的三维金字塔结构体系。
運用文獻資料法,通過對可持續髮展理論本質特徵、內在意義、髮展要旨等內涵的解讀,對我國競技體育後備人纔培養可持續髮展的繫統結構進行分析。認為,我國後備人纔培養可持續髮展要把握3箇明顯的特徵:數量維上的髮展度、質量維上的協調度和方式維上的持續度。後備人纔培養可持續髮展的繫統結構應將後備人纔培養繫統數量維上的髮展度、質量維上的協調度和方式維上的持續度3箇子繫統有機地統一起來,構建後備人纔培養數量維、質量維、方式維3箇子繫統在髮展度、協調度和持續度相互聯繫、相互作用以及集成運行的三維金字塔結構體繫。

By using the research method of literature review, this paper conducts an analysis on the system structure of the sustainable development of reserve talents cultivation in competitive sports in China based on the theory of sustainable development in terms of essential features, intrinsic meanings, development mission,etc. The results show that the sustainable development of reserve talents cultivation in China should focus on the three conspicuous features:the "development" on the quantity dimension, the "coordi- nation" on the quality dimension and the "continuance" on the approach dimensiorL The system structure of the sustainable development of reserve talents cultivation should be united organically on the three subsystems of the "development" on the quantity dimension, the "coordination" on the quality dimension and the "continuance" on the approach dimension, so as to construct an interconnected, interactive and integrative 3-dimensional pyramid structure system between development, coordination and continuance on the axis of quantity dimension quality dimension and approach dimension.
