生态取向学生发展是指将学生根植于成长的应然的生态环境中,在教师的引导与关护下,通过教师启发与诱导、学生自我建构与实践,同侪群体间进行信息传递与交流、合作与竞争等,在生存与发展的常态生态系统中,形成学生自然合作学习文化,以促进学生同侪共生,获得全面发展。然而,目前由于教育观念偏误、学校教育围城痼习、校园生活方式壁障等,导致学生发展的个体生态失调、群体生态失序、学生发展生态系统失衡等,阻碍了学生健康成长与发展。为此,必须以生态取向学生发展观为指导,建构学生成长和发展的生态环境,以利于整体发展,和谐共生;协调发展,互利共生;全面发展,互补共生等,实现同侪共生,促进学生自由、全面、和谐发展。

Students＇development in ecological orientation is rooted in ecological environment that they deserve in growing process,with teachers＇instruction and caring,enlightenment and guide,students constructs themselves and do practice,transfer information,communicate,cooperate and compete among peers.However,the bias of education concepts,inveterate habits of school education,and the obstacles in campus lifestyle result in the imbalance of students＇individual ecological development,the disorder of group ecological development,and imbalance of ecological system in students＇development,which impede students＇growth and development.Hence,it is necessary to construct an ecological growing environment,and let students return to it with the guidance of the outlook of students＇development in ecological orientation,for the sake of students＇integrated development,harmonious coexistence,coordinated growth,mutual benefit,all-round development and complementation.In this way,it can be expected that peers develop in a free,comprehensive and harmonious way.
