生态取向学生发展是指将学生根植于成长的应然的生态环境中,在教师的引导与关护下,通过教师启发与诱导、学生自我建构与实践,同侪群体间进行信息传递与交流、合作与竞争等,在生存与发展的常态生态系统中,形成学生自然合作学习文化,以促进学生同侪共生,获得全面发展。然而,目前由于教育观念偏误、学校教育围城痼习、校园生活方式壁障等,导致学生发展的个体生态失调、群体生态失序、学生发展生态系统失衡等,阻碍了学生健康成长与发展。为此,必须以生态取向学生发展观为指导,建构学生成长和发展的生态环境,以利于整体发展,和谐共生;协调发展,互利共生;全面发展,互补共生等,实现同侪共生,促进学生自由、全面、和谐发展。
生態取嚮學生髮展是指將學生根植于成長的應然的生態環境中,在教師的引導與關護下,通過教師啟髮與誘導、學生自我建構與實踐,同儕群體間進行信息傳遞與交流、閤作與競爭等,在生存與髮展的常態生態繫統中,形成學生自然閤作學習文化,以促進學生同儕共生,穫得全麵髮展。然而,目前由于教育觀唸偏誤、學校教育圍城痼習、校園生活方式壁障等,導緻學生髮展的箇體生態失調、群體生態失序、學生髮展生態繫統失衡等,阻礙瞭學生健康成長與髮展。為此,必鬚以生態取嚮學生髮展觀為指導,建構學生成長和髮展的生態環境,以利于整體髮展,和諧共生;協調髮展,互利共生;全麵髮展,互補共生等,實現同儕共生,促進學生自由、全麵、和諧髮展。
생태취향학생발전시지장학생근식우성장적응연적생태배경중,재교사적인도여관호하,통과교사계발여유도、학생자아건구여실천,동제군체간진행신식전체여교류、합작여경쟁등,재생존여발전적상태생태계통중,형성학생자연합작학습문화,이촉진학생동제공생,획득전면발전。연이,목전유우교육관념편오、학교교육위성고습、교완생활방식벽장등,도치학생발전적개체생태실조、군체생태실서、학생발전생태계통실형등,조애료학생건강성장여발전。위차,필수이생태취향학생발전관위지도,건구학생성장화발전적생태배경,이리우정체발전,화해공생;협조발전,호리공생;전면발전,호보공생등,실현동제공생,촉진학생자유、전면、화해발전。
Students'development in ecological orientation is rooted in ecological environment that they deserve in growing process,with teachers'instruction and caring,enlightenment and guide,students constructs themselves and do practice,transfer information,communicate,cooperate and compete among peers.However,the bias of education concepts,inveterate habits of school education,and the obstacles in campus lifestyle result in the imbalance of students'individual ecological development,the disorder of group ecological development,and imbalance of ecological system in students'development,which impede students'growth and development.Hence,it is necessary to construct an ecological growing environment,and let students return to it with the guidance of the outlook of students'development in ecological orientation,for the sake of students'integrated development,harmonious coexistence,coordinated growth,mutual benefit,all-round development and complementation.In this way,it can be expected that peers develop in a free,comprehensive and harmonious way.
