"慕课"是信息技术与高等教育深度融合的产物,为高等教育带来深刻的"教"与"学"的双重革命。笔者从"慕课"的突出特征与内在缺陷的分析入手,内化"慕课"理念,在课程建设、课堂教学改革、教师教学能力培养、学生自主学习能力培养方面进行了教学改革思考,指出了创新人才培养和因材施教的新路径。

MOOCs,product of deeper integration of information technology with higher education,has initiated a double revolution in both"teaching"and "learning".This paper starts with analysis of obvious features and inherent defects of MOOCs,discusses teaching reforms in curriculum construction,classroom teaching,ability training of teaching staff and self-learning ability of students with internalization of MOOCs concept,and tries to explore a new way to cultivate innovative talents and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
