作为沿海贸易大省,食品贸易是福建对外贸易的重要组成部分。运用各种指数对福建的食品贸易竞争力进行分析,研究表明,近年来福建食品贸易竞争力有逐渐减弱的趋势,其中,食品安全、食品法规标准和食品监管的问题是导致福建食品贸易竞争力下降的国内因素,食品贸易的标准众多、食品安全壁垒是影响福建食品贸易竞争力的国际因素。因此,必须健全法规、加强监管、完善奖惩约束机制、统一标准、增强处理纠纷的能力。

As a coastal province,food trade is an important part of Fujian＇s foreign trade. This paper applies various indexs to analyze the Fujian＇s food trade competitiveness. The study shows that food trade competitiveness has the trend of decline in recent years. The authors find out that food safety,food regulations and standards,food regulatory problems are the domestic factors direcetly lead to the trend. Numerous of food trade standards,and food safety barriers are international factors affecting food trade competitiveness. Based on it,our government should perfect laws and regulations,strengthen supervision,improve the mechanism of rewards and punishments,unify standards and enhance the ability of dealing with disputes.
