中国特色社会主义政治发展动力形成于各种利益相关者对损益权衡之后的改革意愿和能力,产生于国家制度供给与公民观念应得之间的持续张力,而聚焦于"创新"的公民身份行动将为动力的生成提供新的分析视角。公民身份行动通过引起观念和制度的互动,重塑了个体与国家的关系,驱动体制内外的双重动力,从而推动政治系统的不断完善和提升。在公民身份行动的视域下,中国民主政治发展的动力体现在两个方面:一是公民身份行动所构筑的积极公民观,以及由此生成的体制外驱动力,二是公民身份行动能够激发政治系统的主动变革,并由此促进制度创新以形成体制内动力。
中國特色社會主義政治髮展動力形成于各種利益相關者對損益權衡之後的改革意願和能力,產生于國傢製度供給與公民觀唸應得之間的持續張力,而聚焦于"創新"的公民身份行動將為動力的生成提供新的分析視角。公民身份行動通過引起觀唸和製度的互動,重塑瞭箇體與國傢的關繫,驅動體製內外的雙重動力,從而推動政治繫統的不斷完善和提升。在公民身份行動的視域下,中國民主政治髮展的動力體現在兩箇方麵:一是公民身份行動所構築的積極公民觀,以及由此生成的體製外驅動力,二是公民身份行動能夠激髮政治繫統的主動變革,併由此促進製度創新以形成體製內動力。

The driving force of the socialist political development with Chinese characteristics is the willingness and ability to reform after the various parties have balancedf the losses and behefits of reform as well as the continous tension between the supply of state system and demands of citizen's concepts. The citizenship action focusing on innovation will provide a new perspective for the generation of the driving force. Through the interaction between concept and system,the citizenship action reshaped the relationship between individuals and the state,stimulated the double force both inside and outside the system,thus promoting the improvement and perfection of political system. In the perspective of citizenship action,the driving force of developing democratic politics in China involves the active concept of citizenship,which becomes the external driving force,and the active revolution of political system stirred by citizenship action,which facilitates the innovation of system and forms the internal driving force.
