感染者参与后续防治工作的不同选择，主要取决于自己在四个微观情境中的遭遇：对感染者的定位、公平待遇、医患关系和归属感。其中，政策执行者、医护人员和感染者这“三方”，每一方都可能在自己的指导理念与行动逻辑之间出现冲突，同时也与另外两方的行动逻辑产生冲突。这种三方的双向冲突，共同建构了感染者的应对取向。
感染者參與後續防治工作的不同選擇，主要取決于自己在四箇微觀情境中的遭遇：對感染者的定位、公平待遇、醫患關繫和歸屬感。其中，政策執行者、醫護人員和感染者這“三方”，每一方都可能在自己的指導理唸與行動邏輯之間齣現遲突，同時也與另外兩方的行動邏輯產生遲突。這種三方的雙嚮遲突，共同建構瞭感染者的應對取嚮。
감염자삼여후속방치공작적불동선택，주요취결우자기재사개미관정경중적조우：대감염자적정위、공평대우、의환관계화귀속감。기중，정책집행자、의호인원화감염자저“삼방”，매일방도가능재자기적지도이념여행동라집지간출현충돌，동시야여령외량방적행동라집산생충돌。저충삼방적쌍향충돌，공동건구료감염자적응대취향。
The different responses to participating in HIV prevention and intervention work made by people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA）are influenced by their experience in four micro-level situa-tions：social positioning of PLWHA,fair treatment,relationship between patients and doctors,and their belongingness.Among these situations,policy implementers,health care workers and PLWHA are three key agencies involved.They each may have conflicts between their guiding values and their own action logic,as well as conflicts with the action logic of the other two agencies.Thus,the two-way conflicts among the three agencies co-construct the direction of responses among PLWHA.
