孔子既主张"为政以德",又主张"无为而治"。如何准确把握其中"为"与"无为"之间的微妙关系?其实,所谓"无为而治",就是领导行为的"最小——最大"原则,即如何以最小的领导行为取得最大的领导效果。儒家的进路在于,以"为政以德"为起点,以"道之以德"为过程,最终达到"无为而治"的目的。
孔子既主張"為政以德",又主張"無為而治"。如何準確把握其中"為"與"無為"之間的微妙關繫?其實,所謂"無為而治",就是領導行為的"最小——最大"原則,即如何以最小的領導行為取得最大的領導效果。儒傢的進路在于,以"為政以德"為起點,以"道之以德"為過程,最終達到"無為而治"的目的。
공자기주장"위정이덕",우주장"무위이치"。여하준학파악기중"위"여"무위"지간적미묘관계?기실,소위"무위이치",취시령도행위적"최소——최대"원칙,즉여하이최소적령도행위취득최대적령도효과。유가적진로재우,이"위정이덕"위기점,이"도지이덕"위과정,최종체도"무위이치"적목적。
