As a new public management and public service mode,the mobile e- government views the public as its main service object. Whether the mobile e- government could meet the public requirements is the key to seek its own development. According to the characteristics and driving force of the mobile e- government,this paper expounds the relationship between the public requirements and mobile e- government,and puts forward the idea of mobile e- government construction based on the public requirements.
