我国历时长久的青壮年人口持续由欠发达地区流向发达地区,正在加快欠发达地区人口老龄化的速度,使其本已举步为艰的养老服务困境程度加深。但欠发达地区相对低成本优势也为破解这一困境提供了新的视角与途径。因此,在建立完善我国养老服务保障体系中,应充分重视欠发达地区养老服务的发展及特点,采取积极的措施缩小地区间的养老服务差距,以实现公共服务的均等化,保持社会的和谐稳定。

China has been experiencing the young population migration from the underdeveloped areas to the developed areas,which accelerates its pace of population aging and increases the difficulty of elderly- care service in underdeveloped areas. But comparative advantage of the relatively low costs of service in underdeveloped areas has provided new horizon and route for solving the issue of elderly- care service. Therefore,development and characteristics of elderly- care service in the underdeveloped areas should be emphasized,and active measures of reducing the gap between developed and underdeveloped areas should be taken.
