Fraud is a common problem in electronic commerce market in China,which has seriously affected the e-commerce market trading rules and integrity.This paper examines the operating mechanism of e-commerce market and the situation of the market in China,and advocates building relevant legal system to promote the regulation of the electronic commerce market and the security of transactions.With proper regulation in place in the electronic commerce market,continuous development of the electronic commerce and healthy relationship among e-commerce market participants and government regulators can be normalized.
