中国城市的低碳实践大多侧重于技术层面,对低碳城市建设本身的研究比较少。本文首先从城市低碳技术措施与战略思想的合理性、存量与流量的碳管理、城镇建设的成熟期与碳足迹以及城市建设中的奢侈和浪费等几个方面对我国城镇化的高碳和低碳进行了探讨。然后,以生命周期理论为基础,利用碳管理的全生命周期分析了我国城市化过程中碳排放水平较高的来源,包括城市建设泡沫、建设泡沫拉动产业过度重化工业化以及城市建设对人们生活方式的影响等。据此,从城市紧凑发展、以全生命周期效率来衡量城市建设的合理性以及把生活方式低碳化理念融入城市规划和城市建设等三方面对低碳城市建设的路径进行了思考。

The low-carbon city practice in China usually emphasizes the important role of technology,but scarcely little concerning low-carbon city construction intrinsically. The paper discusses the high-carbon emission and lowcarbon emission of Chinese urbanization from the aspects of rationality of low-carbon technical measure or strategic thinking,management of stock carbon and flow carbon,maturation and carbon footprint of urban construction and extravagance and waste in urban construction; then analyses the cause of high carbon emission during the period of urbanization process in China with lifecycle carbon management on the basis of the lifecycle theory,including bubbles in urban construction,over-heavy and over-chemical industries driven by the bubbles and a change of life-style influenced by the urban construction. Based on the analysis,it is suggested that path choices of low-carbon city construction in China should include compact development,rational construction judging by the lifecycle efficiency and considerations of low-carbon lifestyle philosophy in urban plan and urban construction.
