用多孔的ABS塑料管水平放置的方式保护静态液相微萃取的一滴溶剂,并由此建立了静态液相微萃取与高效液相色谱联用测定水体中甲基对硫磷和对硫磷的分析方法.考察了萃取溶剂、萃取溶剂体积、萃取时间以及搅拌速度对液相微萃取的影响,并对HPLC操作条件进行了优化.该方法对2种有机磷农药的线性范围均为0.05~1.00μg·L-1,相关系数R 为0.9993~0.9995,回收率为95.2%~102%,相对标准偏差(n=7)3.5%~6.8%,检出限(3S/N )0.01μg·L-1.结果表明:用该方法测定水体中有机磷农药残留是可行的.

In this experiment, a perforated ABS plastic pipe was used horizontally to protect a drop of solvent in Static Liquid Phase Micro-extraction, and a new method for the determination of two organo-phosphorous pesticides (methylparathion and parathion) in water samples has been developed using static liquid-phase micro-extraction and High Performance Liquid chromatography. Experimental conditions that affected the liquid-phase micro-extraction such as extraction solvents, solvent volumes, extraction times and mixing speed were optimized. And the operational conditions of HPLC were optimized.The linear ranges were all from 0.05 μg·L-1 to 1.00μg·L-1 .The relative cofficient is from 0.999 3 to 0.999 5.The recoveries were between 95.2 % and 102%. Relative standard deviations ranged from 3.5%to 6.8%.The detection limits were all 0.01 μg·L-1 . This method can be used to effectively determine the residue of Organo-Phosphorous Pesticides.
