建立了火焰原子发射光谱法测定电解质饮料中钾和钠含量的方法.钾、钠的方法检出限分别为0.00422μg/mL和0.00216μg/mL,钾、钠的加标回收率分别为91.1%-100.9%和93.0%-102.8%.该方法操作简单、快速、准确度高、重现性好、无需使用附加光源,测定结果与火焰原子吸收光谱法无显著性差异.

A method was established for determination of potassium and sodium contents in electrolyte drink by flame atomic emission spectrometry (FAES). The detection limits of K and Na were 0.004 22μg/mL and 0.002 16μg/mL respectively. And the relative standard devitation (RSD) were 91.1%~100.9% and 93.0%~102.8%respectively. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, and without using extra light source. Its experimental results are as closely as that of the flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).
