近年来,由于高校迅速发展和老教师退休,大量青年新教师进入高校,为高校注入新活力。但大部分新教师没有接受过系统的高等师范教育,缺乏教学经验,因此,新教师如何尽快胜任教学工作,事关高校教学质量的巩固和提高。针对上述问题,结合新教师的教学实际,阐述了自己的工作体会和看法。
近年來,由于高校迅速髮展和老教師退休,大量青年新教師進入高校,為高校註入新活力。但大部分新教師沒有接受過繫統的高等師範教育,缺乏教學經驗,因此,新教師如何儘快勝任教學工作,事關高校教學質量的鞏固和提高。針對上述問題,結閤新教師的教學實際,闡述瞭自己的工作體會和看法。
근년래,유우고교신속발전화로교사퇴휴,대량청년신교사진입고교,위고교주입신활력。단대부분신교사몰유접수과계통적고등사범교육,결핍교학경험,인차,신교사여하진쾌성임교학공작,사관고교교학질량적공고화제고。침대상술문제,결합신교사적교학실제,천술료자기적공작체회화간법。
In recent years, with the rapid growth of colleges and universities and the old teacher retirement, there have been a large number of young new teacher who inject vitality in to colleges and universities. However, most of them have little systematic experience both as a teacher and an educator. So new teachers’ competence in teaching work which needs orientation is affecting the consolidation and uplifting the quality of teaching. Combined with some case study of teaching practice of new teacher, the paper explores the problems describing their own experience and views.
