本文系统性归纳出了组织创新的十个要素,进一步从理论层面概括出了战略导向型、结构导向型、制度导向型和文化导向型四个组织创新维度。基于高技术制造行业数据,运用CFA模型重点对组织创新所划分的四维度进行实证检验,以全面理解高技术制造企业的组织创新结构。
本文繫統性歸納齣瞭組織創新的十箇要素,進一步從理論層麵概括齣瞭戰略導嚮型、結構導嚮型、製度導嚮型和文化導嚮型四箇組織創新維度。基于高技術製造行業數據,運用CFA模型重點對組織創新所劃分的四維度進行實證檢驗,以全麵理解高技術製造企業的組織創新結構。

This study reviews the research context of organizational innovation connotation and its elements. Based on this, ten innova- tive elements of organizational innovation are systematically summarized, and four dimensions of strategy-oriented, structure-oriented, institution-oriented and culture-oriented organizational innovation are further theoretically generalized. Based on data from high-tech manufacturing enterprises, four divided dimensions of organizational innovation are empirically tested by using the method of CFA mod- el.
