在相关文献梳理的基础上,总结了制造企业服务衍生的驱动和影响因素;提出了符合中国制造业情景的“服务衍生”概念和基本特征;探讨了支撑服务衍生的相关理论,构建了服务衍生路径选择的概念模型;给出了服务衍生在中国特定制造企业的应用案例。研究结论可为中国制造企业的转型升级提供理论依据。

On the basis of the relevant literature review, the influencing factors and drivers of implementing manufacturing enterprises service derivative are summarized. The concept and characteristics of service derivative are proposed under China＇s manufacturing indus- try scenario. The related theory of supporting service derivative is expounded. The conceptual model of service derivative path selection is built. Finally, application cases of specific manufacturing enterprises which have implemented service derivative are given. The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis for China＇s manufacturing enterprises transformation and upgrading.
