高校教师人力资本配置过程中人力资本"价格"与"价值"脱节,背离价值规律,致使高校人力资本配置效率低下,影响教学和科研事业发展。基于价格回归机制的动态人力资本配置模式,通过人力资本价格坐标构建、人力资本价格分类初始回归、人力资本价格个别具体回归和人力资本价格分类再回归机制实现人力资本"价格"向"价值"的动态回归,充分利用价格引导机制将教师人力资本配置到最适合的岗位,实现高校人力资本优化配置。

"Price" and "value" are out of touch in the allocation of college teachers human capital, and deviating from the law of value seriously, which results in inefficient allocation and bad impact on the teaching and research development. There are four parts in the dynamic human capital allocation mode based on the price return mode. The coordinate construction of human capital price, initial classification return of human capital price, specific capital return of human capital price, and new classification return of human capital price, which realize the human capital "price" to "value" dynamically, and make full use of the price mode to guide the teachers human capital to the most suitable position, and achieve the optimal allocation of human capital.
