随着社会对人才需求和学生发展需求的日益多样化,招生录取模式的多元趋势,分类培养多样成才是当前高职院校教育教学的必然选择。当前高职院校的人才培养理念、目标和模式仍存在诸多问题,高职院校应尽快确立"基本+提升"型的高职教育分类人才培养目标,构建和实施"分类培养、分层教学、尊重选择、多样成才"的培养模式及与之相适应的课程体系和保障体系。
隨著社會對人纔需求和學生髮展需求的日益多樣化,招生錄取模式的多元趨勢,分類培養多樣成纔是噹前高職院校教育教學的必然選擇。噹前高職院校的人纔培養理唸、目標和模式仍存在諸多問題,高職院校應儘快確立"基本+提升"型的高職教育分類人纔培養目標,構建和實施"分類培養、分層教學、尊重選擇、多樣成纔"的培養模式及與之相適應的課程體繫和保障體繫。

With the increasingly diversity of social demand for talents and students' development demand and multiple-development trend of enrollment mode, it is the inevitable choice for current higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents with classification and promote talents diversification. However, there are still many problems in talent cultivation ideology, training objectives and cultivating modes for current higher vocational colleges. Thus it is quite urgent for colleges to set talent training classification objectives in "basic plus advance" mode, to build and implement the cultivating mode, that is, "classified talents cultivation and education based on students' choices and diversification of success", along with establishing the corresponding curriculum and guarantee systems.
