终身教育理念赋予高等教育与成人教育内在一体化的结构性变革,基于终身教育理念构建高职院校就业"后服务"模式,正是以毕业生就业后教育服务为入口,强化用人单位、校友企业与学校之间在终身教育体系中的关系,从而搭建全社会继续教育和终身学习的网络体系。该模式需要改善外部发展环境,完善与社会就业工作格局相衔接的重点环节,构建就业"后服务"管理集成模式,引入高职院校就业"后服务"信息化管理,搭建起一个资源共享的多方合作平台,实现学生、用人单位、高职院校、教师及社会等多方利益"共赢"的局面。

Life-long education concept endows higher education and adult education with the structural change of inner integration. Based on the concept of life-long education to construct higher vocational college employment service mode, which should be started with the education of employment "post-service" to graduates, and strengthen the relationship among employers, alumni enterprises and colleges in the life-long education. Accordingly, we can construct the continuing education and life-long learning network system of the whole society. The pattern needs to improve the external developing environment, bring in higher vocational college employment "post-service" information management, and set up a shared-resources muhi-party cooperation platform, so that a multi-stakeholder win-win situation for students, employers, colleges, teachers and the whole society will be realized soon.
