采用文献资料、调查及数理统计等方法,对我国21个体育学博士点的招生简章及复试办法进行统计分析,归纳其主要特征及存在问题,提出改革设想。研究认为:初试与复试都表现出一些明显特征,但仍然存在以下问题:业务课考试与研究方向联系不够紧密;复试时间的设置方式缺乏合理性;科研创新能力的考核不足;实践技能考核缺失;初试时间较为分散,缺乏统一性。提出两种改革设想。(1)渐变式改革:加强研究方向与业务课考试的有机衔接,采取初试、复试一体化模式,增加科研成果与实践技能的考核力度,逐步建立统一的初试时间。(2)跃变式改革:申请阶段——准入门槛,严格把关基础外语水平与科研创新能力;考核阶段——质量保障,凸显导师团队责权,加强科研与学术潜力考察。

This paper analyzed the enrollment regulations and re-examination plans of 21 doctoral degree of sports science awarding schools in 2014 in China through literature study and mathematical statistics.It could be seen that exams on the special disciplines were not tightly related to research fields.Time for preliminary and re-examination was not reasonable.There was not enough testing on the candidates'ability of doing scientific research.There was not testing on practical skills.The authors suggested that the preliminary examination should at the identical time.The preliminary examination could be combined with the re-examination.Focuses should be laid more on the relation between test on special disciplines and on research fields,as well as on scientific achievements and practical skills.During the application,requirements for foreign languages and ability of doing scientific research should be the prerequisite.During the examination,emphasis should be laid on the potential for doing scientific researches assessed by the members of the supervisor group.
