近些年来,我国一直频繁受到许多国家的反补贴调查,严重影响了我国企业、产业乃至区域经济的发展。在阐述补贴与反补贴相关概念的基础上,研究了我国在国际贸易中遭遇的反补贴调查及其原因,进而提出了我国国际贸易补贴问题的解决路径。
近些年來,我國一直頻繁受到許多國傢的反補貼調查,嚴重影響瞭我國企業、產業迺至區域經濟的髮展。在闡述補貼與反補貼相關概唸的基礎上,研究瞭我國在國際貿易中遭遇的反補貼調查及其原因,進而提齣瞭我國國際貿易補貼問題的解決路徑。

In recent years, China is under the anti-subsidy survey frequently from many other countries, which severely affects the development of enterprises, industries and regional economy. Based on the presentation of the relevant definition of the subsidy and anti-subsidy, this paper studies the cause of anti-subsidy survey in the international trade, and puts forward the solutions for China＇s international trade subsidy issues.
