以波特钻石模型作为研究分析范式,从政府能力、物流需求、物流资源、物流企业、区域经济发展水平和信息化水平等6个方面构建区域物流竞争力评价体系,并运用因子分析法对中部六省（江西、安徽、河南、湖北、湖南、山西）与我国其他各省的区域物流竞争力水平进行实证比较分析。实证结果表明：中部六省区域物流整体竞争力在全国处于中等水平;六省之间的区域物流竞争力差异较大;各省（山西除外）的区域物流供需水平严重失衡。并在此基础上从培育物流骨干企业和信息化建设等方面提出政策建议。

By taking the Porter diamond model as the analysis form, this paper builds the evaluation system for the regional logistical competitiveness from the governmental ability, logistics demand, logistics resource, logistics enterprises, regional economic development level and information level, uses factor analysis to take empirical analysis on the regional logistical competitiveness level in the central six provinces（Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Shanxi）. The results show that the whole logistical competitiveness in the central six provinces is in the middle of the national level, the difference is huge; each province except Shanxi has severe imbalance in the supply and demand in the regional logistics, and puts forward policy suggestions from training key enterprises and information construction based on the above.
